Classes include gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and stillness. The practice works with how energy is felt in the body, supporting greater sensitivity, regulation, and connection over time.
It’s a quieter, more internal approach to yoga, suited to those looking to balance physical practice with something more reflective.

A slow, floor-based practice using longer-held poses to support deep release in the body.
Classes focus on stillness, breath, and allowing the body to soften over time. It’s designed to ease tension, support recovery, and help regulate the nervous system.
This is a quiet, slower practice that works beneath the surface of the body, giving space for deeper release.
