balance to flow was created by susie and kevin lane.

It brings together two ways of working. One through the body, using movement and breath. The other through energy, the nervous system, and the patterns that can sit beneath the surface.

We work separately and sometimes alongside each other, depending on what’s needed. The aim is simple — to help people feel more stable, more at ease, and more connected in themselves.

Susie is a kinesiologist, energy healer, and somatic bodywork practitioner.

After many years working in television, she moved into healing work through a growing interest in the connection between the body, emotion, and energy. Her training includes kinesiology, energy work, and trauma-informed bodywork, along with ongoing intuitive practice.

She now works with clients online and remotely, supporting the release of stress, trauma, and energetic imbalance. Her sessions are responsive to what is present, combining physical, emotional, and energetic awareness.

She also offers space clearing and works as a death doula, supporting people at the end of life and those close to them.

Her approach is steady, intuitive, and grounded in care.

kevin lane


Kevin is a Vinyasa Power Flow yoga teacher with a strong focus on movement, breath, and consistency.

He teaches in Troncones, offering group and private sessions for all levels. His classes are structured but accessible, helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in their bodies.
