Balance to Flow grew from a shared love of movement, healing and presence.
Together we bring complementary paths into one circle of practice — yoga, kinesiology and energy work united by a belief in the body’s natural wisdom and the power of awareness.

Each of us works independently and collaboratively, offering different ways to reconnect body, mind and spirit.
What we share is a common language of flow — where breath, stillness and energy meet.

Susie Lane

After a long and fulfilling career in the television industry, Susie began exploring new ways to understand the connection between body, energy and emotion.

Her studies have spanned kinesiology, Reiki, emotional detox and intuitive bodywork, along with deep explorations of conscious energy and the relationship between body and spirit.

Now based full-time in Mexico, she weaves these threads together through her healing practice — helping people release what’s held in the body, restore energetic balance and reconnect with their natural vitality.

Each session is guided by intuition, integrity and a deep respect for the unique rhythm of every individual.

Working with clients around the world, Susie offers a grounded and compassionate approach that integrates physical, emotional and spiritual harmony — allowing life’s energy to flow freely once again.

Kevin Lane

Kevin Lane is a certified Vinyasa Power Flow yoga teacher with several years of teaching experience and a lifelong appreciation for movement and mindful strength.
His classes bring together flow, focus and breath, encouraging students to move with awareness and ease.

Now teaching in Troncones, Kevin offers group and private sessions that welcome all levels.

Each practice centres on connection — between body and breath, effort and stillness, grounding and expansion.

Through his calm and steady approach, Kevin helps students build strength, flexibility and confidence while deepening their understanding of how movement supports balance in daily life.
