Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a steady, breath-led practice that builds strength, stability, and focus through mindful movement. Inspired by Baron Baptiste’s Journey into Power, each class links breath and motion in a balanced rhythm that both energises and calms.
Rather than chasing intensity, this flow invites presence — a way to open the body, quiet the mind, and feel grounded in your own vitality.
Chakra Yoga
Chakra Yoga is a meditative, energy-focused practice designed to bring awareness to the subtle body.
Through movement, sound, colour visualisation, and stillness, the practice guides us towards a deeper connection with our inner world. Rather than a physical workout, it’s a moving meditation — quieting the body, calming the mind, and awakening the energy centres to restore balance and vitality. The intention is self-knowledge and empowerment: to feel more in tune with your awareness, your body, and your energy.
